How it Works

Here is our program:

We set up a Pre-Sale Program for you to make an order in combination with other like-minded families so that the Mercy Meadows team can coordinate our beef processing dates to deliver the products you order in an efficient and timely manner. 




Our process is as easy as 1-2-3- 4:

 

Step 1: Place about a 50% deposit on your choice of an Eighth (50 - 60 lbs., Quarter (100 - 120 lbs.), Half (200 - 240 lbs.) or a Whole Beef (400-480 lbs.).

 

Step 2: Get it SHIPPED FOR FREE! (Insert happy dance!) We will notify you and keep you updated every step of the way!

 

Step 3: We continue to raise your beef for you on the plains of Cental Texas and we will keep you involved every step of the way by giving you updates on what stage of the process your beef is in :-) 

 

Step 4: Our craft butchers dry-age your beef for 14-21 days which makes for amazing flavor and tenderness. Once packed, frozen, and delivered to Mercy Meadows, you will receive an invoice for the balance due and receive a schedule for delivery and be able confirm that you will be home to receive it via shipping. You will receive your beef in.....
